Qualification
Must have a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field with a flawless academic record. Experience with technical documentation for software development or Blockchain technology and Big Data Analytics is an added advantage.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in tools like Confluence, Google Docs, Markdown, or Gitbook for documentation.
- Experience with documentation platforms such as Confluence and version control systems, such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Agile-based software development environments and workflows.
- Proven experience creating technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and developer guides.
- Ability to work with engineering teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.
- Experience with creating and managing content using tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or similar platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for addressing inconsistencies or gaps in technical documentation.
- Understanding of SEO principles and strategies to improve content discoverability.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to staying updated on industry standards and trends.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
- Plan, design, and author high-quality documentation in alignment with product release timelines.
- Review and edit documentation created by peers for clarity, consistency, and completeness.

- 0 to 1 year of experience working as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software development industry.
